Cassava Leaf in curry coconut milk
Ingredients;
Grind with grinder stone;
Cooking Methods;
- Boil cassava leaves till tender, drain the leaves, chill it, dry the leaves
- Saute grinded ingredient, add galangal and lemongrass till fragrant
- Add cassava leaves, stirr a period, pour coconut milk and salt
- Cook till the the coconut milk become thickened and oily
- Ready to be served, with steamed rice
