Sweet and Sour String bean


Ingredients;

  • 350 grs brisket, boil till tender
  • 250 gr stringbeans cut 3 cms
  • 1 i/4 ltrs meat stock
  • 2 salam leaves
  • 2 slice galangal
  • 3 slices turmeric
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 5 green tomatoes, cut as desired
  • 2 red tomatoes, cut as desired
  • 5 green chilies, cut 3 cms
  • 5 red chilies, cut 3 cms
  • 1 cup tamarind water
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 8 shallots
  • 1-2 soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil, for sauteing
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Cooking Methods;

  • Cut brisket cube shape, add into meat stock
  • Saute garlic till yellow, add shallots, salam leaves, and galangal
  • Add Chilies and string bean
  • Pour sauted season and vegetable into meat stock, cook till boil
  • Add Ginger and turmeric, pour soysauce, salt and sugar, cook till welldone
  • Ready to be served
