Beef Meat soup
Ingredients;
- sliced beef meat
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoon chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon celery
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- carrot, cut 3 cms
- stringbean, cut 4 cms
- salt
Cooking method;
- boil sliced beef meat with 400 ml of water and a teaspoon of salt, until it tender
- add chopped garlic and onion, pepper til boiled
- add carrot and beansprout, reboiling it, until the vegetables wellcooked
- add celery, msg and salt let it boil for second, turn the stove off, and it's ready to be served
