Young Jackfruit with Coconut Milk Vegetable Soup
Ingredients;
- 1 kg young jackfruit, cut as desired
- 250 gr ribs/ meat brisket
- 3 salam leaves
- 3cm galangal, punched
- 1 ltr coconut milk
- 3 red chilies,2 cms circle cut
- 3 green chilies, 2 cms circle cut
- salt and sugar for seasoning
Blended seasons;
- 2 tsp corriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 5 candlenuts
- 8 shallots
- 4 garlics
- 1/4 tsp shrimp paste
Cooking Methods;
- Boil jackfruit, brisket/ ribs, salam leaves, galangal with coconut milk till tender
- Add blended seasons and chilies
- Stir a period, cook till well done
- Ready to be served
