- 200 grms beef meat
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 candlenut
- 1/2 tsp corriander
- 1tsp brown sugar
- 1tsp butter for sauteing
- salt
- 3 cups water
Cooking Methods;
- Grind garlic, candlenut, corriander, brown sugar, and salt
- Saute season above with butter
- Add meat, cook till the colour changed,
- Pour water, cook till the meat welldone
