Lamb soup

Lamb Soup


Ingredients;
  • 1 kilo Lamb meat, shredded
  • 5 cm ginger, punched
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 250 gr carrot cut 5 cm
  • 150 gr smoaking leaf
  • 3 bars onion spring, cut 3 cm
  • 2 bars celeries, cut 3 cm
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter for sauteing
  • 2 tbsp fried onion
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 - 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp limau orange water
  • 2 1/2 ltr water for boiling
  • salt as desired


Cooking Methods;
  • Boil lamb meat with ginger, nutmeg, and salt till tender
  • Saute onion spring, add carrots, stir in period pour into the lamb stock
  • Boil the stock, add pepper, tomatoes, smoaking leaves, and celeries
  • Cook till well done.
  • Spread fried onion and limau orange when it served.
