Swamp cabbage soup
Ingredients;
- i/2 ons swamp cabbage
- 2 shallot
- a teapoon oyster sauce
- a teaspoon soy sauce
- oil for sauteing
- salt
- water
cooking method;
- Cut swamp cabbage 5 cms
- Slice shallot, then saute it till fragrance
- Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce, and salt, then add cut swamp cabbage,
- pour water, cook it till the vegetable well done
- ready to be served
