Luffa Angled Soup
Ingredients;
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 grs Luffa angled, peel, cut 3 cms
- 150 grs shank meat,
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 bars onion spring, chopped
- 2 bars celery, chopped
- 50 grs misoa noodle
- 2 tbsp fried shallot
- 1 tsp salt
Cooking Methods;
- Blend shallot, garlic and pepper
- Boil shank meat with 1 ltr water till tender, add blended season
- Add misoa, salt, onion spring, and celery, cook till well done,
- Ready to be served with fried shallot
