Luffa Angled Soup(Oyong;Indonesia)

Luffa Angled Soup



Ingredients;

  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 grs Luffa angled, peel, cut 3 cms
  • 150 grs shank meat,
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 bars onion spring, chopped
  • 2 bars celery, chopped
  • 50 grs misoa noodle
  • 2 tbsp fried shallot
  • 1 tsp salt

Cooking Methods;
  • Blend shallot, garlic and pepper
  • Boil shank meat with 1 ltr water till tender, add blended season
  • Add misoa, salt, onion spring, and celery, cook till well done,
  • Ready to be served with fried shallot
