Caramel Pudding
Ingredients;
1 Kgs eggs
400 ml milk
1/4 ons sugar
Cooking method;
- Melt sugar on non stick frypan till brown, pour into a heat resisted bowl
- stir fast eggs for 1minute,add milk
- pour stirred eggs into melted sugar
- steam till well done,chilled
- Ready to be served
