Garo Ricar Meat
Ingredients;
- 500 gr meat fillet
- 2 lemongrass,punch
- Vegetable oil for sauteing
- 1200 ml water
Blended Seasons;
- 8 chilies
- 1 tsp pepper
- 10 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp aniseed
- 1 tsp corriander
- 10 candlenuts
Cooking Methods;
- Heat sated seasons and lemongrass till fragrance
- Add meat fillet, till the color changed
- Pour water,cook till meat tender
- Remove from heat, ready to be served
