Mixed Vegetable
Ingredients;
- 250 gr beansprout
- 250 gr sliced bamboo shoot, boil till the taste is not bitter any more
- 3 bars spring onion
- 1 bar celery
- 1 1/4 ltrs chicken broth
- 1 bar lemongrass, punched
- 5 slices galangal
- 1 tbsp margarine for sauteing
Mix till blend;
Cooking methods;
- Saute season, galangal and lemongrass till fragrance
- Pour into chicken broth,
- Add bamboo shoot, boil
- Add onion spring, beansprout, and celery
- Ready to be served with steamed rice
