Completed Javanese Beef Steak
Ingredients;
- 500 grms beef meat
- 2 dinnerspoon beef powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
- 4 dinnerspoon soy sauce
- 8 sliced shallots
- 1 tomato
- 4 cups water
- 2 dinnerspoon butter for sauteing.
Vegetables;
- 150 grms boiled carrot, shreded 4 cms cut
- 150 grms boiled beansprout, cut 4 cms
- 150 grms boiled then fried tiny potato
- 3 poached eggs
Cooking methods;
- Marinate meat with pepper, nutmeg powder and soy sauce for 1 hour
- Saute sliced shallots with 2 dinnerspoon butter, add tomato, add meat, stirr till the meat colour changed
- Pour water gradually, till the meat become tender, and the liquid become thickened
- Ready to be served with the vegetables.
