Sweet Corn in Coconut Milk
Ingredients;
- 250 grs sweet corn seed
- 250 grs green bean, shreded
- 100 gr teri fish
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 3 lemon leaves
Blend ;
- 4 shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 chilies
- 2 candlenuts
- 1 cm turmeric
- 1 cm galangal
- 1cm ginger
- 2 tsp salt
Cooking methods;
- Saute blended season with lemon leaves till fragrance
- Add sweet corn seed and teri, pour coconut milk, cook till boiling
- Add green bean and salt, cook till welldone
- Remove from heat, ready to be served
