Meat Ball and Silky Smooth Tofu Soup



Ingredients;
  • 250 grms minced adhering meat,
  • 20 grs meat ball
  • 150 gr Silky tofu (kembang Tahu)
  • 300 grs caisim
  • 1 bar onion spring
  • 3 bars celery
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tbsp fried shallot

Cooking methods;
  • Boil meat till tender, add meat ball, kembang tahu, garlic, pepper and salt, cook till boiling
  • Before removed from stove, add caisim, onion spring, and celery, boil
  • Ready to be served with steamed rice and spreaded by fried shallot
