Meat Ball and Silky Smooth Tofu Soup
Ingredients;
- 250 grms minced adhering meat,
- 20 grs meat ball
- 150 gr Silky tofu (kembang Tahu)
- 300 grs caisim
- 1 bar onion spring
- 3 bars celery
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tbsp fried shallot
Cooking methods;
- Boil meat till tender, add meat ball, kembang tahu, garlic, pepper and salt, cook till boiling
- Before removed from stove, add caisim, onion spring, and celery, boil
- Ready to be served with steamed rice and spreaded by fried shallot
