Chicken in Coconut Gravy
Ingredients;
- 1/2 kgs chicken, small cut
- 2 lime leaf
- 4 cms galangal
Mix till blend seasons;
Cooking Methods;
- Saute season, add lime leaf and galangal with 2 tsp vegetable oil till fragrance.
- Add chicken, simmer till the colour changed
- Pour coconut milk, cook till boiling
- Pour salt, stir, remove from stove,
- Ready to be served with steamed rice.
