Green Bean in Coconut Milk
Ingredients;
- 350 grms green beans
- 250 potato, cube cut, fry
- 100 grms grated coconut
- 10 grms boiled cubed meat
- 350 cc coconut milk
- 1 salam leaf
- 1 bar lemongrass
- 2 cms galangal
- 3 dinnerspoon cooking oil, for sauteing
Blended Seasons;
- 3 candlenut
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 5 shallot
- 2 garlic
Cooking Methods;
- Saute blended seasons, lemon grass, salam leaf, and galangal till fragrance
- Add green bean, meat, coconut milk, grated coconut, cook untill boiling
- Add potato and salt, cooking untill done, remove from stove and ready to be served
