Steak

Egg Marinated Meat


Ingredients;
  • 300 grms Beef meat, cut fillet 1 cm thick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 stirred egg
  • 2 dinnerspoon vegetable oil for sauteing
  • 1 dinnerspoon butter
  • 2 dinnerspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 nutmeg
  • 1 tomato, cut 8 pieces
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 dinnerspoon fried shallot
Grinded seasons;
  • 3 garlics
  • 6 shallots


Cooking methods;
  • Marinate meat with salt, pepper and egg for 10 minutes
  • Heat vegetable oil, saute grinded season and nutmeg till fragrance
  • Pour marinated meat, cook till the colour changed, add soy sauce, tomato and butter
  • Pour water, cook the meat tender and welldone
  • Ready to be served by spreading fried shallot on it.
