Egg Marinated Meat
Ingredients;
- 300 grms Beef meat, cut fillet 1 cm thick
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 stirred egg
- 2 dinnerspoon vegetable oil for sauteing
- 1 dinnerspoon butter
- 2 dinnerspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 nutmeg
- 1 tomato, cut 8 pieces
- 200 ml water
- 1 dinnerspoon fried shallot
Grinded seasons;
- 3 garlics
- 6 shallots
Cooking methods;
- Marinate meat with salt, pepper and egg for 10 minutes
- Heat vegetable oil, saute grinded season and nutmeg till fragrance
- Pour marinated meat, cook till the colour changed, add soy sauce, tomato and butter
- Pour water, cook the meat tender and welldone
- Ready to be served by spreading fried shallot on it.
