Cassava Leaf

If we cook the cassava leaf, there will be a delicious taste rising our appetite ;

Cassava Leaf in curry coconut milk

Ingredients;

Grind with grinder stone
;


Cooking Methods;

  • Boil cassava leaves till tender, drain the leaves, chill it, dry the leaves
  • Saute grinded ingredient, add galangal and lemongrass till fragrant
  • Add cassava leaves, stirr a period, pour coconut milk and salt
  • Cook till the the coconut milk become thickened and oily
  • Ready to be served, with steamed rice
