Belacang Meat
Ingredients;
- 500 grms beef meat
- 1 dinner spoon vegetable oil
- 1 bar green leaf/ shallot leaf, cut 4 cms
- 1/2 dinnerspoon soy sauce
- 1 dinnerspoon tamarind water
Grind with grinder stone;
- 3 Shallot
- 1 garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 1 dinnerspoon red sugar
- 3 chillies
- 1/2 dinnerspoon salt
Cooking Methods;
- Boil meat till tender, remove from stove, chill it, chop meat,
- Deep fry the meat till crisp, remove from stove, chill
- Saute grinded season, add shallot leaf, soy sauce, and tamarind water, stir.
- Add fried meat, cooking till the season well absorbed into meat, remove from stove.
- Ready to be served with steamed rice.
