Stew Soy Sauce Chicken with Vegetable
Ingredients;
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 100 grs shreded chicken breast
- 2 carrots
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salty soy sauce
- 100 grs snowpeas
- 2 bars onion spring
- 2 bars celeries
- Salt, pepper, sugar for season
- 500 ml water
Cooking Methods;
- Heat vegetable oil, saute garlic till fragrance
- Add chicken, carrots, salt, pepper, sugar, soysauce, simmer
- Pour water, snowpeas, onion spring and celeries, stir
- Remove from heat
- Ready to be served with steamed rice
