Podomoro Vegetable
Ingredients;
- 150 gr Adhering meat( tetelan), boil till tender
- 150 gr Small shrimp
- 200 gr swamp cabbage ( kangkung)
- 10 gr tempeh, steam, cube cut
- 20 gr beancurd, cube cut
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1 salam leaf
- 1 tbsp tamarind water
Mix till blend seasons;
- 5 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp corriander
- 3 candlenut
- 1 cm finggeroot
- 2 cm galangal
- 3 chillies
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Cooking methods;
- Boil blended season with coconut milk, simmer
- Add adhering meat, shrimp, beancurd, tempeh, salam leaf, simmer
- Stir till boil, add swamp cabbage, salt, simmer
- Ready to be served with steamed rice
